How is it that the antidote of anxiety is gratitude?I
Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus. ~Philippians 4:6‭-‬7 NLT
And let the peace that comes from Christ rule in your hearts. For as members of one body you are called to live in peace. And always be thankful. Colossians 3:15 NLT
This ain't a good second post for the year post, but it's also second day of prayer and fasting and I'm still feeling the stress I left off from work last year.

It gets frustrating at times and I don't know where to turn.

But still, I should be grateful for work and should not let this distract me from goal.

But those who trust in the Lord will find new strength. They will soar high on wings like eagles. They will run and not grow weary. They will walk and not faint. ~Isaiah 40:31 NLT
I should be more comfortable now that I know God is with me.

Thank you Lord for the strength you will give me.
